Manager Digital Solutions Agile Delivery is a member of the Digital Solutions Operations team responsible for leading a team of Agile Delivery managers, ensuring successful implementation and execution of key initiatives across agile teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing Agile delivery teams, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving Agile transformation efforts. They will be essential in continuing to evolve how we implement and scale agile.

Essential Functions:
- Lead a team of Agile Delivery Managers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful execution of Digital Solutions initiatives.
- Develop and maintain the strategy and roadmap for the Digital Solutions Agile Delivery team needs to include things like: continuous development and improvement of agile delivery processes, identification and adherence to key metrics for success as an agile delivery manager, training, mentorship and education to close skill gaps within the team.
- Provide organizational guidance and coaching to continue to promote Bio-Techne’s agile journey.
- Work with team leadership (product owners, scrum masters, project/product managers, functional leaders and/or steering committees) to identify and manage value delivery across digital, business, or vendor teams
- Strategize, implement, and manage initiatives that deliver desired business outcomes
- Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners, stakeholders, and business users to define deliverables, objectives, and priorities
- Manage the day-to-day aspects of multiple Agile initiatives, working within Agile teams’ (team leads, product owners, and scrum masters) and business teams’ capacity to ensure work is delivered to the roadmap
- Leverage corporate tools for initiative management and work with teams and initiative leaders on continually improving the initiative experience for all members.
- Report on and facilitate communication regarding performance of initiative’s managed across the agile delivery team to initiative leadership, scrum teams, executive teams and directors by developing dashboards and reports, tailoring communication to the needs of each group.
- Consciously support a workplace culture that is consistent with Bio-Techne’s EPIC values.
- Provide organizational guidance and coaching to continue to promote Bio-Techne’s agile journey.
- Act as agile mentor and evangelist, where required, with a strong focus on finishing and collaboration.
- Coach, mentor and coordinate with Digital Solutions Operations team as well as Digital Solutions teams and managers to improve agile delivery and agile transformation efforts.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in one of the following: program management, business analysis, product ownership, agile coach, product management or scrum master
- Proven track record of managing and delivering initiatives or programs across multiple cross functional teams within the digital space – website retirements and implementations, ERP implementation.
- 3+ years’ experience leading and managing employees
- Proficiency in learning and using work management and reporting software tools such as ServiceNow, Monday.com, PowerB or equivalent.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop innovative solutions.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge and skills in agile methodologies, tools, and techniques, as well as experience in managing multiple initiatives concurrently. Experience with change management, and stakeholder management is also valuable.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus across multiple stakeholder groups. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams and manage conflict.
