Job Description
The Manager of Product Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our internal processes and technology to drive growth, efficiency, and scale across the Operations and Product teams. This individual is an experienced change agent who is passionate about delivering continuous process improvements for the organization to support strategic initiatives. This person also has an exceptional ability to translate and bridge quantitative data and qualitative insights across teams to identify problems and unlock meaningful solutions to improve organizational and department project outcomes. This role will report to the Director of Product Strategy and is a highly collaborative partner that works closely with teams such as Planning, Production, Product Development, Raw Materials, Merchandising, Design, and Finance.
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Function as a project manager within the organization for the implementation of projects, technology solutions, and processes across the organization to ensure cohesion across all functions.
- Ability to support with implementing best in class process, workflow and technology to support sustainable high growth.
- Prepare and design executive level presentations, visuals, reports, and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Leverage transformation program management best practices to lead the facilitation of business strategy definition, scope identification, cross functional design, timeline alignment and drive on-time delivery of committed outcomes and deliverables.
- Develop, communicate, and help clarify ways of working, decision rights, objectives, and outcomes of milestone meetings to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Act as an internal consultant and problem solver for the team on ad hoc data analysis, business case, proposals, and presentations. Offer insights and guidance to support team success.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among various departments, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and efficient workflow.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of new strategies, processes, and systems within the Operations department.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the cross-functional teams, providing training, guidance, change management support, and mentorship to team members on process improvement methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven experience with increasing levels of responsibility and scope related to Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management and/or Consulting.
- Experience in global apparel retail environment with a deep understanding of functions including but not limited to Merchandising, Planning, Inventory Deployment & Allocation, Production, Product Development, Finance, Merchandising, and Design.
- Ability to influence across the organization at multiple levels, particularly around strategic issues and change management to bring structure to ambiguous environments with a synergy of team building and group facilitation skills.
- Proven track record of implementing successful apparel capabilities and ability to lead large scale, cross-functional, global initiatives.
- Excellent communications skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentational. Must be able to communicate technical and project management concepts in business-oriented terms to different audiences including executive leadership.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and operate under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency.

Pay Range: From $115,000 – $130,000
