Description
The Manager of Quality Assurance will manage, plan, coordinate, analyze, and evaluate Childrens Permanency Partnership (CPP) statistical data relating to all aspects of the organization and agencies associated with CPP. Maintaining complete oversight of the Wrap Around Wellness Program, ensuring its efficacy, outcomes, and success.

What to expect on a given day as a Manager of Quality Assurance:
- You will provide support to and collaborate with the CEO on the programmatic functions of CPP.
- You will supervise Quality Assurance, Wrap Around Wellness, and training activities for all CPP employees.
- You will supervise the Wrap Around Wellness (WAW) program and its employees.
- You will coordinate the activities necessary for the success of WAW programs, identifying medical homes in outlying counties.
- You will collaborate with the CEO on contract proposals, participate in all accreditations, licensing, and/or contract renewals activities.
- You will analyze data for all areas of the Childrens Permanency Partnership (CPP).
- You will monitor changes in Children’s Division (CD) policies and procedures through tracking of CD memos and practice points and participates in weekly conference calls with CD as requested.
- You will plan and lead various team meetings.
- You will develop schedules for the monthly CPP staff training; identify trainers, coordinates training, analyze training evaluations, and staff attendance.
- You will complete 20 hours of annual training, 3 hours of which will be in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.

You would be a good fit for this position if you:
- Have a bachelors degree in a social services field.
- Have a minimum of five years of experience working in child welfare.
- Have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Expectations:
Dependent on experience and education, starting salary is 54k 62k.
