At Verticals & Growth, OnDemand Delivery for Last Mile Delivery, you will work and grow as a team, leveraging your natural curiosity and inventive problem-solving talents to anticipate the needs of our customers and drivers. You will work on devising and implementing strategies that would drive the growth of our Last Mile Delivery Platform. We provide the access to the tools and support you need to be your best version. Last Mile Delivery works on fulfilling customer demand for everything in the store at the comfort of the home. You’ll sweep us off our feet if:
- You have experience in Field Ops/Last Mile Delivery/Process Design/Project Management
- You have a deep knowledge of the gig industry and the marketplace economy
- You are data-driven and have strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills
- You are action oriented with strong execution skills
- You’re comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly
- You’re comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment
- You have extensive experience working with cross functional team and driving projects
- You’re structured in your thinking process and have strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Ensuring business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current projects, programs, and initiatives
- Ideating strategies that drive growth and optimization.
- lead end-to-end implementation of strategies through meticulous planning.
- Building engagement initiatives to ensure Spark is the platform of choice for drivers, customers, and clients.
- Cross-functional collaboration to improve Spark driver platform by partnering with product management, merchandising, engineering, and other groups to drive projects
- Translating data analysis into recommendations aligned with business objectives to meet business goals
- Plan and provide best in class hypercare support for projects and programs until they graduate.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
