Overview
The Premium & Ticket Sales Manager position is responsible for driving concert-related revenue through the sales of premium and special event hospitality inventory at the newly renovated CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore, MD. The Director of Sales & Service will be responsible for generating new sales through outbound prospecting, in-person and on-site presentations, inbound calls, CRM data base leads and referrals.
This role will pay a wage of $70,000 to $80,00.

Responsibilities
- Meet revenue goals tied to premium inventory.
- Prospect, network, set appointments, fill pipelines and aggressively sell all available memberships and single event premium inventory.
- Source new business opportunities through progressive cold-calling, referrals, and leveraging of relationships
- Actively prospect and research new sales leads
- Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with clients and prospects
- Process invoices and additional ticket orders
- Prepare and conduct in-person meetings in and out of the office
- Develop strong working relationships within the office to build company morale
- Work arena & sales events
- May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of premium sales experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tell the arena’s story to energize staff and clients
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Highly organized with good coordinating/project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to analyze problems involving many variables
- Proficient in MS Office with Salesforce or similar CRM experience – Ticketmaster platform experience preferred
- High level of demonstrated professionalism, integrity and ability to maintain sensitive information and appropriate decorum
- Team player with a positive attitude, professionalism, resourcefulness, integrity, motivation, and a strong work ethic
- Competitive, self-motivated and creative-thinking skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
