The Program Manager, Equipment Business Strategy will be responsible for overseeing and managing holistic end-to-end management of strategic initiatives that will transform the business – to improve the Partner experience, drive a step change in retail productivity, and enhance the quality of our Food and Beverages. You will help realize a disruptive ambition and big, iconic moves for Starbucks at scale, in equipment
As a Program Manager Equipment Business Strategy, you will…
• Manage a transformational equipment program holistically, understanding how different cross-functional perspectives come together to move work forward
• Evaluate projects through a strategic lens and develop and execute phased action plan by distilling and prioritizing ideas into executable tactics
• Work independently, without the need for day-to-day guidance
• Comfortably manage through shifting scope, resources and timing and anticipates roadblocks and barriers
• Balance rational facts with genuine compelling storytelling to influence others and drive decisions
• Leverage strong relationships across the building to drive work forward
• Help partners consider new options and demonstrate creative problem solving that accounts for diverse perspective
We’d love to hear from people with proven ability:
• Program Management including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, communications 8 year
• Working across functional areas to develop effective business solutions that align with company and business unit objectives 8 year
• Managing complex large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects 8 year
• General business experience in large matrixed organizations 8 year
• Advanced Skills in project management tools, including Smartsheet.
• Influence and mobilize cross functional teams to get things to market
• Contribute to a welcoming team environment, creating a culture in alignment with Starbucks Mission and Values
