Position Summary

The Engagement Manager, Reporting Solutions will be responsible for leading data and reporting projects for across our Mediabrands Reporting client roster. This person will work with clients and peers to understand complete reporting requirements, manage project timelines and deliver automated reporting solutions. The ideal candidate must be able to proactively communicate ideas and opportunities, build strong relationships with internal and external partners, and meet client deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary contact with accounts and clients to gather, document and validate data & reporting requirements.
  • Translate requirements to development resources and oversee developments to ensure outputs meet requirements
  • Create and manage project proposals, detailed timelines, reporting documentations and communication across all involved teams
  • Provide strategic guidance on reporting best practices including, but not limited to, measurement strategy, data visualization, data storage and business logic
  • Understand overarching account business needs in order to define process enhancements for reporting and data management
  • Responsible for transparency on project delivery (including communication of risks, issues, decisions)
  • Educate teams (technical and non-technical) on benefits of using Mediabrands automated reporting process & solutions
  • Help influence creation & evolution of our enterprise Mediabrands automated reporting solutions

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in data management, reporting and analysis
  • Keen understanding of the marketing data ecosystem including digital and traditional channels
  • 2+ years working with one or more BI/analysis software packages, such as Tableau
  • Ability to operate in a high paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Flexibility to shift gears based on changes in priority
  • Results oriented with a “can do” attitude and ability to drive results even when resources are limited
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.

The pay range for this position is $87,300 to $109,200. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

Minimum Salary 87,300

Maximum Salary 109,200
