About the Role

We are actively recruiting a proven sales leader to build the newly created SMB team based in our New York City Hub. The ideal candidate has experience focussed on leadership in the B2B space and is empathetic, data-driven, and a self-starter with experience in both mature and start-up environments. What You’ll Do

– Recruit, train, and develop 8-10 sales consultants
– Responsible for establishing a customer obsessed organization and developing and operationalizing strategy to achieve critical metrics.
– Supervise daily operations to maximize sales and meet, exceed revenue targets
– Implement performance management plans to hold sellers to a high level of accountability
– Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline, achieve sales goals on a monthly basis, and mentor Account Executives on strategies to reach their goals
– Establish an effective partnership with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

Basic Qualifications

– Minimum of 2 years working in a sales leadership role
– Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as stakeholder management, sales systems design, process driven decision making and data analysis experience
– Desire to take initiative; thrive on change, articulate vision and comfortable with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

– 2+ years of sales leadership experience, including building, training, and developing sales professionals
– Experience with Salesforce; ability to develop analysis based on CRM data in a scalable manner
– Experience with sales enablement tools such as; ZoomInfo, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Tableau, Google Suite

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $117,000 per year – $130,000 per year.

You will be eligible to participate in Uber’s bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
