Meet the team:

The Competitive Intelligence team at Dexcom is seeking a Manager of Strategic Intelligence & Insights.

The candidate will be Hybrid based. He/she will report to the Director of Strategic Intelligence. Success in this position will require a problem-solving orientation and the ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team. The candidate will work across departments to advance strategic initiatives, including conducting and reporting on US & International healthcare research, crafting US & International communications, and supporting the development of presentations.

Where you come in:

  • Research and write weekly strategic and competitive insights brief of healthcare trends for internal audiences. Support the development of Strategic Intelligence report-outs.
  • Conduct secondary research, and synthesize findings into actionable, strategic recommendations
  • Build and maintain a broad network of internal experts / collaborators to enable relevant, meaningful, and timely insights
  • Attend relevant industry conferences and webinars, reporting on high-level, strategically aligned findings
  • Capture and upload insights into internal database.
  • Support the development of market opportunity analyses, strategy decks.
  • Simplify and analyze information to drive better-informed decisions about product development and market opportunities.
  • Support the development of market opportunity evaluations and analyses that are beneficial to advancing Dexcom Labs strategic objectives.
  • Work with stakeholders to collect, analyze, define requirements for market level reports, and/or drill down market specific insights for US and International markets

Travel Required:

  • 25-50%

Exempt Salary Details:

  • The annual base salary range for this role is $105,800 to $176,300. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.

Experience and Education

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree with 8-12 years of industry experience.
  • 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience.
