Manager, Visual Merchandising, Clinique North America

Description

Responsible for design and communication of collateral and visual merchandising programs for North America. Position reports to Director of Visual Merchandising.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for conceptualization and development of impactful design solutions for NA VM programs
  • Manage, create, and update presentation/communication renderings for NA programs
  • Produce technical drawings, DTO’s, renderings and models for internal and external usage.
  • Manage and collaborate with vendors to produce, price, and value engineer on-counter VM elements
  • Partner with cross functional teams to integrate visual merchandising, store design and collateral.
  • Leverage strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Utilize internal and external influences to concept ideas and innovations.
  • Participate in weekly Creative department status meetings as needed and coordinate on a daily basis with other members of the Creative and Creative Operations teams as needed.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of Clinique brand, its heritage, customers, products and retail environments.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related experience with strong design background including concept development and production.
  • Proficiency in Rhino on comparable 3D rendering program
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to successfully communicate design direction and strategy to cross functional and creative team members
  • Proficiency in CS6: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • CS6 programs

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $81,000 to $133,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
