American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeks Managers, Operations to, under the supervision of a Director, conduct studies and financial analysis on proposed plan changes, aligning plans to market(s) and implementing appropriate changes. Coordinate the implementation and expansion of performance management and incentive tools with data visualization, assistance in project management and post- implementation support. Be responsible for supporting goals and performance strategy for Travel and Lifestyle Services (TLS) Frontline Colleagues, including analyzing efficacy of plans in motivating and driving performance. Support ongoing efforts related to improving counselor and team leader performance. Review customer satisfaction metrics while conducting performance analytics, goals and incentives metrics, and while studying other KPIs. Plan study of work problems and procedures, document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with evaluating and reporting business performance to implement procedures and drive business results. Experience must include a minimum of 1 year of experience with each of the following: Developing sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction growth; Supporting the development of long- term (multi-year) and short-term business strategies; Optimizing the structure and content of individual, team- or product-based performance metrics; Analyzing trends, variations, risks, and opportunities; Analyzing variance to target results and trending of KPI results to improve performance and support business growth; Developing and analyzing reports for Profit and Losses, Sales and Revenue, Work Force Management, and Voice of the Customer; Travel and Lifestyle dashboards, repositories, and scorecards; Employee databases including Servius; and Access, Excel, data visualization, Power Point, Qualtrics, and Tableau. Telecommuting is available up to 3 days per week.

Salary Range: $116,106.00 – $155,000.00 annually
