Manufacturing Planner 3

Contract Position
$40.02-$48.88/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.
- Develop manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
- Support mechanics to provide clarification related to planning and the applicable engineering drawings and specifications.
- Develop and integrate suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
- Review and approve supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met. Develops tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.
- Manage tools from initial design to end of use disposition. Investigates and resolves manufacturing related issues.
- Perform producibility assessments for part or product designs.
- Provide producibility input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.
- Develop integrated work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.
- Draft, update and review processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.
- Work under general direction.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree combiend with 3 + years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+years of Manufacturing Planner experience (level 2 position, please do not submit senior level candidates)
- 5+ years of experience of CAD Software
- Ability to interpret and read 2d and 3d drawing and specs,
- Analyze & Interpret Engr Data
- Manufacturing Engineering processes
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Previous Boeing Planner Experience
- Gold ESP & MESCI experience
