Job Description

As the newest member of our facilities team, you will assist in all aspects of our EHS and facilities projects, ensuring smooth operations of current locations and driving future expansion. You are a skilled project manager with PMI or CAPM certification and a couple of years of experience in construction, facilities maintenance, or EHS. You are technically savvy, goal-oriented, and open to learning new systems and engaging in physical and construction activities when needed. Spend your days

  • Assisting in all aspects of facilities and EHS projects, including project scope, budget, and timelines ensuring compliance with all safety standards
  • Working cross-functionally with all stakeholders and vendors
  • Proactively communicating project status, schedules, and any issues
  • Assisting in the RFP and vendor selection process
  • Ensuring safety standards are met in all facilities providing a safe, clean, and functional environment
  • Maintaining detailed records and any documentation associated with the project
  • Reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and diversity in all that you do

Qualifications

Show us your:

  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in construction facilities maintenance or EHS
  • PMI or CAPM Certification
  • Demonstrated experience with formal project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally coordinating the development of projects
  • Technically savvy with strong command of office basics and Ubuntu, Linux, or Open Source Software – CAD knowledge a plus!
  • Nimble and strategic problem solver with the ability to manage competing and time-sensitive priorities
  • Comfortable maintaining documentation and records in project management platform
  • Ability to lift 50 lb and operate facilities equipment
  • Must be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID prior to employment
