JOB DETAILS
Base Pay: $31.50-$33.50 per hour, plus $1.50 per hour shift differential
Rotational Shift: 6 PM – 6:30 AM

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a manufacturing line/lines to achieve world-class operation in safety, quality, productivity, OTC, and 5S.
- Communicate company’s safety vision and goals
- Lead and coordinate the activities of department personnel
- Understand and own key metrics related to department performance
- Hold employees accountable to meeting department goals and objectives
- Complete production and scrap tracking reports
- Lead daily and weekly department communication meetings
- Will also be required to fill in on the lines as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma minimum
- 3+ years’ experience in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Experience in Lean manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with the formal safety programs. Prior experience running a window line
- Ability to lead and coordinate the activities of self and others
- Basic computer skills (knowledge of Excel and Word)
- Ability to read detailed part drawings
- Ability to use various measuring devices (tape measure, dial calipers, etc.)

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $20.50 per hour to $21.50 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
