Where you come in:
Responsible for set-up, trouble-shooting and monitoring of equipment in Production, Pilot Plant, and Test Lab. Support basic equipment qualification, maintenance and calibration activities with record keeping.
What makes you successful:
• Daily set up and shut down production equipment such as plasma stations, ISOPStat lines, etc.
• Routinely monitor production equipment. Adjust equipment setting parameters to optimize equipment performance.
• Trouble-shoot, repair and test production equipment.
• Assemble, test and maintain fixtures, modules, and replacement parts.
• Assist and conduct equipment IQs, minor PMs, and calibrations.
• Update equipment records in RAM or other record keeping system.
• Assist equipment/parts ordering, receiving and locating to the designated area.
• Assist and conduct training on operating equipment.
• Assist and conduct equipment safety evaluation and audit.
• This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:

Require 1 to 2 years’ experience with equipment assembly and shop skills. Experience in an equipment maintenance position is preferred. Needs to be very familiar with MS Excel, Words, PowerPoint, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree (A. A.) in a technical field from an accredited collage or in equipment, process and/or electronics related curriculum
- Manufacturing Operator or past equipment maintenance position
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.

Non-Exempt Salary Details:
The annualized base salary range for this role is $46,200 to $77,000. Annualized values for non-exempt (hourly) positions are estimates, final annualized salary will depend on total hours worked. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand

Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Examples of English language proficiency may include (but are not limited to): ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to verbally communicate with leadership, employees, and auditors; ability to comprehend spoken language.
Physical Demands:
Employees in this position may be required to perform the following physical activities: standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time; frequent use of the hands, fingers, wrist, and greater arm to handle small materials, tools, boxes, and trays; lifting and carrying objects up to 50Ibs; occasional overhead reaches and lifts; occasional lifts and reaches below the knee; occasional pushing and pulling of materials and objects with moderate forces; occasional crouching/kneeling, twisting, and squatting movements.

Experience and Education
