Skills and experience you will bring to us:
- Assists in production of maple syrup in conjunction with the Maple Production Manager.
- Performs duties associated with maple tree stand and sap collection/processing maintenance.
- Assists in receiving customer orders, processing orders and delivering/shipping orders as needed based on customer requirements.
Your knowledge that matters most for this role:
- Leadership experience is required.
- Knowledge of maple sugaring process is required, with general knowledge of tubing and vacuum systems preferred.
- Knowledge of, and the ability to operate handheld power equipment and light motorized equipment is required.
- Must be able to maintain a flexible yet efficient schedule including the possibility of extended hours, weekends and holidays, especially during the sugaring season.
