Position Description

The MMIT Market Access Rotational Development Program is a two-year rotational program in Market Access. Our mission is to attract, develop, and retain, high-potential individuals who want to make a meaningful impact on healthcare while being part of an awesome team! We are seeking individuals who have the drive and ability to assume data, research, or customer leadership positions across Market Access within MMIT.

The Program

This immersive experience is the entry point for top talent that wants to be part of the leader of market access solutions with access information on over 250 indications and covers ~300 million lives. It includes three 8-month rotations within a two-year accelerated program that provides structured and robust onboarding.

Potential Rotations will include:

  • Data Operations: Provide data management for payers, formulary, and PAR (policy and restriction). This data is the foundation of our market access leadership as we maintain a comprehensive database of access information.
  • Market Research: Research critical market trends and insights that provide our customers with an understanding of the market to be able to improve access to their drugs and therapies.
  • Client Delivery: Introduce and on-board new and existing customers to market access products. This includes understanding client needs and delivering our products to meet their needs.

In addition to on-the-job experience, the two-year program is designed with accelerated training tracks, both in areas of professional and technical development. Mentoring and coaching is a key part of the Program and is provided throughout, both formally and informally. You will gain exposure to key members of the market access community as well as senior management of the organization.

Upon successful completion the Program, you will be an experienced resource in market research, data operations, and client delivery. You will be placed into an Analyst or Senior Analyst role within the MMIT organization into one of the program areas.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation of May 2023 or recent college graduate.
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Market Access with a total GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Showcased ability to work in a professional, dynamic environment through previous internship or relevant work experience. This includes part-time work, work study, volunteering, summer work, or internships
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and interest in Market Access (data, research, delivery) through your academics, extra-curricular activities, or professional/volunteer work
  • Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience in order to present out key research findings
  • Good problem solving and decision-making skills. Displays a sense of urgency and initiative with creativity and flexibility
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative and self-motivated. Be able to think out of the box and willing to take an extra step to get job done
  • Highly motivated and independent thinker who works well in a fast-paced environment and who seeks to go beyond their current knowledge and skill set in order to solve problems, resolve issues, and ensure goals are met.
  • Demonstrates flexibly, resolve and positive outlook to ensure success of projects.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
