BioProduction Group, Single-Use Technologies Division

How will you make an impact?

This role will support execution of the marketing strategy and tactics for launching new products within the Bioprocessing workflow with a focus on Single-Use Technologies.

What will you do?

  • Support portfolio level marketing strategy programs to build brand awareness, generate leads, and champion leads
  • Give to the success of generating demand, supporting the global brand and sales enablement
  • Develop and deploy marketing tactics using a multichannel approach including print, digital, social and sales channels
  • Analyze data from marketing campaigns to strategize future efforts
  • Support marketing operational activities, including digital marketing, SEO, social media presence, maintaining a media calendar, event list & tracking efforts
  • Process marketing projects through the internal marketing planning system
  • Regularly make sure deadlines are being met while keeping active projects well organized
  • Travel up to 25% for work-related activities

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business-related field required

Experience

  • 1+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Experience and/or understanding of sales processes and business needs

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills, and experience with MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to function in a matrix business environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Working independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
  • Willingness to learn and be mentored,
  • Desire to improve on existing processes
  • Self-directed and highly effective at delivering high-quality results

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $66,000.00-$74,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
