Market Manager, Customer Success

The Market Manager, Customer Success position will primarily be responsible for ensuring new PARCS systems are onboarded, utilized, and supported with proper training for the first 120 days of the new implementation and or leadership. Additionally, this role will work with and motivate both employees in the field and external support teams to successfully achieve project goals and objectives.

This position will lead new implementations and or new leaders at locations to succeed with their technology by training the staff, auditing systems, and providing feedback to the Customer Success team on improvements for their assigned market(s) or region(s).

**The successful candidate will be based in Chicago and will have the flexibility to work remotely when not conducting site visits and site audits within their assigned markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a market or region in compliance of operating the site-specific technology
  • Ensure each system is entirely on-boarded with the proper training, setup, and utilization for both internal staff and clients alike
  • Work with site leadership on internal audits to ensure the new system’s setup is correct and the leadership’s understanding of the system is sound.
    • If there is a delta, this position will coordinate training or system configuration with the appropriate subject matter experts
  • Coordinate training with vendors for internal teams for 3rd party software and systems
  • Create training guides and conduct training sessions for internal software and systems
  • Act as a resource to answer questions and provide guidance to solve system issues quickly

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience company/corporate/staff training
  • At least 4 years of PARCS implementation, support, or service experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills with the ability to teach others
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 20% of the time
  • Proficiency in presenting and training others

Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 per year.
