The Marketing Analyst, Integrated Channel Intelligence role is an important role within our Marketing Intelligence organization, which is part of EA’s broader Marketing organization.

The Integrated Channel Intelligence team provides insights and measurement on paid media and lifecycle (email and in-game messaging) campaigns. As a collective, ICI drives adoption of martech tools, surfaces high value audiences, produces strategic insights, and drives innovation in measurement solutions.
You will report into the Measurement & Insights Manager. If you are based at the Redwood Shores, CA office, you will work on a hybrid model splitting your time remote and on-site. Other locations will be remote.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver measurement and insights for paid media and lifecycle campaigns for EA’s Action Adventure and First-Person Shooter titles, including
- Translating planning objectives into measurable/optimizable KPIs
- Develop insights from performance metrics, brand-lift analyses and campaign impact reports
- Oversee campaign scorecards and post-campaign analyses
- Advise on web-tagging and offline conversion tracking for measurement
- Translate, summarize and contextualize the above with business impact for the marketing organization
- Become a masterful insights storyteller who can create content for audiences with varying levels of marketing experience
- Partner with planning and franchise teams to produce insights to inform future strategy and tactical planning
- Collaborate across Marketing Intelligence to tell the paid media/lifecycle story as a component of broader campaign intelligence
- Use data to identify opportunities in Measurement and Insights (e.g. application of clean room analyses)
- Become the insights and measurement expert for your franchises, related to paid media and lifecycle programs
Qualifications:
- Industry-specific skills:
- 2-3 years of experience within digital marketing
- Experience in paid media or lifecycle marketing analytics
- Job-specific skills:
- Ability to find learnings and tell a compelling story with the use of data
- Fluency in MS excel and the ability to manipulate pivot tables
- Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations
- Create and be accountable for project timelines and deliverables
- Knowledge of both performance and brand marketing goals and key performance indicators
- Experience with measurement goals across upper, mid, and lower funnel marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with both channel-agnostic (ie. Kantar) and partner/platform measurement partners
- Soft skills
- Familiarity with EA game franchises and interest in FPS and Action/Adventure games
- A thought starter who can identify and solve for unique challenges
- A performance mindset and passion for quantifying results
- A team player who is collaborative and can work with multiple teams
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

- California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
° $78,500 – $119,650
- Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
° $73,150 – $105,250
- Jersey City, NJ:
° $84,750 – $119,650
- Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
° $73,150 – $97,500
- Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
° $73,150 – $105,250
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
