About the Consulting Marketing Apprenticeship
Are you fueled by a passion for marketing and eager to embark on a career in the field? Are you ready to unleash your creativity and strategic thinking to shape compelling marketing campaigns that drive business growth? Are you collaborative, detail-oriented, and a curious learner? The Consulting Marketing Apprenticeship is a paid, structured experience consisting of projects, mentorship, and training/education in the strategic marketing planning and digital campaign development skill areas. A four-year degree is not required for this program.
The apprenticeship will include classroom training, on-the-job learning, and project experience. Apprentices will have the potential for a promotion to a Marketing Associate position.

Work you’ll do
As a Marketing Apprentice, you will:
- Participate in a digital marketing educational program combining content, foundational skills, and coaching
- Learn to develop and execute integrated go-to-market messages and campaign plans
- Gain a foundational understanding of the Deloitte Consulting strategy, business, and offerings
- Gain marketing skills through learning in areas such as:
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth
- Planning, execution, and evaluation of various marketing initiatives
- Creation of various marketing materials including social media posts, presentations, events, email campaigns, and website copy
- Conducting market research, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Planning and executing digital marketing techniques such as lead generation, lead nurturing, digital and social media marketing process flows
- Refine your professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Increase proficiency in technology and tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
The successful Marketing Apprentice will demonstrate the following:
- Interest in marketing and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute ideas and assist others
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team in a multi-departmental company
- Strong detail-orientation, project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Should live within a commutable distance to one of the following offices Chicago, IL, New York, NY, or Atlanta, GA and should be able to work onsite up to 30-50% on average.
- Ability to travel for periodic program activities
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50,000 – $50,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
