About Transportation as a Service (TaaS)

Transportation as a Service (TaaS) is redefining the fleet electrification market for private and public fleets, including autonomous driving fleets, transit bus agencies, and municipal and private commercial truck-&-van fleets. We are building the next level of Managed Services, taking complete ownership and control of the infrastructure and charging operation, the scheduling of the vehicles, the cloud platform, and the utility meter – in order to provide the highest availability and resilience in the market. In this way, we will accelerate the adoption of electric-powered fleets by optimizing the delivery of power and making refueling seamless and efficient. By taking control of the utility meter, and optimizing electricity rates and vehicle process flow, TaaS provides the lowest cost of electric fueling possible.

We are looking for Marketing Communications Manager who will be a part of the global team helping that is developing the Charging-as-a-Service business model for Siemens Smart Infrastructure. This position will be based remotely in the US, with a preference for those located in that greater Atlanta area.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies and campaigns to support organizational objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including written materials, visuals, videos, and multimedia assets
  • Managing and optimizing communication campaigns across multiple channels, such as social media, search engine, email marketing, blogs, and website content
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of communication campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement
  • Utilizing SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings.
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of events, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars, to enhance brand visibility and engagement and thereby ensure brand consistency and style
  • Staying updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in communication, content marketing, and digital media
  • Providing dedicated support to the North America region, collaborating closely with local stakeholders and tailoring communication strategies to meet North American-specific objectives
  • Ensuring consistency of messaging and brand alignment across global and North American-focused initiatives

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing or communications manager role
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of campaign management, KPI analytics, content creation, SEO, and events planning
  • Experience working in a global environment and with cross-function teams
  • Proficiency in utilizing communication tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel to international fairs, customer events, etc.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in SaaS or other XaaS industries
  • Experience working in the EV transportation and charging industry

  • The pay range for this position is $77,800 – $133,400. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
