This team member will work closely with clinical and hospital leadership and leverage their marketing skills to help patients find the expert care they need, for a healthier life.

Role Purpose

Meets volume and market share targets in support of the HSO’s strategic plan by developing and implementing marketing initiatives and content, as assigned, in support of clinical service line campaigns, projects and events, and HSO branding.

Responsibilities

  • Projects include publications, e-marketing/e-health, collateral production, social media management, content development, sponsorship/partnership support, clinical service line marketing. Demonstrates understanding of department/HSO objectives and creates plan for review by senior team members.
  • Develops and produces consumer and physician materials for the organization and all its facilities as directed, including physician outreach, patient education, and general and targeted consumer outreach.
  • Assists with development and implementation of marketing plans for clinical services in pursuit of volume, market share and preference goals. Conducts research, interviews, writes, obtains approvals, coordinates photo-shoots and other production elements, and assists with planning and distribution via appropriate channels including social media, web, traditional media and collateral materials.
  • Conducts measurement and tracking of metrics to track campaign success and highlight improvement opportunities, assists with reporting to team leadership.
