We are always looking for new ways to approach problems, share knowledge, and better serve our customers. You’d be joining a team of over 190+, based across our New York, London and Manchester offices and working with over 600 arts organisations in North America and the UK.

The focus of the Marketing and Communications team is on driving brand awareness, lead generation and conversion in a B2B audience, primarily within the arts and culture sector in the US and Canada.

The core purpose of the Marketing Content Producer role is to generate leads and drive conversions, both in the content you produce directly and in the guidance you share with colleagues. You’ll bring your experience of SEO-led content creation to the team, ensuring that conversion optimization is at the heart of content planning and delivery, and that we’re continually analyzing and improving content performance.

You’ll create content for:

  • Audiences including current and prospective clients, who are primarily marketing and fundraising professionals working in theatres, arts venues and cultural organizations.
  • Mediums in which we work include blogs, case studies, web and landing pages, e-books, data and reports, and short-form video.

  • Reviewing, improving and adapting older content to improve impact, maximize value and maintain relevance. This may mean updating the existing medium or republishing content in a different medium, such as turning a spoken presentation into a blog.
  • Regularly monitoring analytics to understand the impact of the content we produce. Feeding results back to senior colleagues and the wider marketing team, and working collaboratively to identify potential improvement areas, test solutions and continually improve performance.
  • Sourcing appropriate, informative and on-brand visuals or video media to accompany written content. This may involve creating briefs for visual and video content creators, or using pre-built templates to create simple multimedia elements.
