DNV Healthcare group is looking to fill the role of Marketing Generalist. This position can be located anywhere in the continental U.S.

The Marketing Generalist will play a critical role in supporting marketing and communications activities for our US healthcare service line, as well as occasionally supporting our product assurance, supply chain, and ESG service lines. Reporting to the Region Americas Marketing Manager, the Marketing Generalist will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy.

As a Marketing Generalist, you will bring a broad range of marketing and communications experience, including a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels. You will be responsible for producing high-quality content that effectively communicates the value of our services to our target audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business results through effective marketing campaigns, as well as exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus). Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies to support lead generation.
  • Apply knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, including digital and traditional mediums, to create effective marketing campaigns.
  • Think strategically and analytically to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing efforts.
  • Produce high-quality copy that is on-brand and engages the target audience.
  • Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of graphic design principles to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Solve problems creatively and efficiently, identifying and addressing potential issues before they arise.
  • Manage time and workload effectively while working independently and taking ownership of projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables that align with business objectives.
  • Evaluate the success of previous campaigns and projects and make recommendations for future marketing activities.
  • Plan new activities from a strategic perspective, focused on how to best connect with potential customers.
  • Produce on-brand, professional deliverables within established deadlines, including sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.

Work collaboratively across multiple business areas, departments, and service lines to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support the overall business strategy.

Key Outputs:

  • Create high-quality and engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media content, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Produce reports and presentations that communicate marketing results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure integrated marketing strategies.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using appropriate metrics.
  • Stay up to date on marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Provide support and guidance to other team members.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
  • Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Take ownership of projects and proactively seek out new opportunities for growth and improvement.

Position Qualifications

What is Required

The successful candidate will have the following experience and attributes:

  • Proven experience in marketing or related fields.
  • Experience with a variety of marketing tools and platforms, including Eloqua Email Campaign Manager, Tridion Website Platform, GoTo Webinar, CVENT Event Management, social media management tools, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking). Fluency in Spanish not required but would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, including digital and traditional mediums.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to share ideas, learn new things, and develop professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Travel – Occasional travel is possible (domestic/international)

As required by the Pay Transparency laws in Colorado, New York City, California and Washington, DNV provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in those locations. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado, New York City, NY, California and Washington only, the range of starting pay for this role is $50000 – $60000
