What You Will Do

Our Haircare Business consisting of the OGX®, MAUI MOISTURE®, ROGAINE®, NEUTROGENA®, and AVEENO® brands, develops, manufactures, and markets premium hair care products sold worldwide and recommended by medical professionals. The product line includes shampoo, conditioner, hair regrowth products, treatments, and stylers.

The Marketing Intelligence Lead is responsible for enabling an insight-rich, data driven, decision making culture for the HAIR Business. They will support HAIR Squad in leading consumer and competitive insight solutions to support both short and long-term business and marketing initiatives with an eye for agile implementation. You will work side by side with the Brand Team, Digital Excellence Team, Customer Strategy Team, Finance, and Supply chain to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Specific responsibilities business analysis that supports strategic business objectives. You will contribute to the achievement of revenue and profit targets through forecasting & budget management and identify opportunities to strategically grow the business and execute against them. You will assist in development of business plans and measure progress against delivering the BP with key drivers such as new product launch support, trade programs, advertising and media measurement, digital activity effectiveness, and consumer promotion successes, all while partnering cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, R&D, market research, agency partners and other functions necessary to accomplish strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead holistic HAIR business analysis: POS, Shipment, Consumer, and Panel Analytics
  • Partner with Supply chain to forecast demand needs and ensure we are meeting needs with accurate supply.
  • Review current and future GTS, POS, and Share forecasts for the brand as well as budgets to ensure plans can be executed and financial targets delivered.
  • Ongoing monitoring of the Category and Competition to keep Kenvue at the forefront of emerging marketplace trends
  • Track the in-market execution of product launches and provide optimization recommendations
  • Partner with Customer Strategy to uncover retailer and channel insights to shape go-to market strategies with a focus on ecommerce
  • Partner with Commercial Lead to develop 3yr Op and Business Planning Strategies
  • Demand Generation Analytics to provide recommendations for trade and national support optimization

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelors degree required. In a Marketing or a related business field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience required
  • A minimum of 2 years of analytical experience in consumer related sector is required
  • Track record of analyzing businesses and translating into results is required
  • Advanced Excel and skills required

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/consumer oriented
  • Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop actionable business and consumer insights
  • Comfort operating in white space, with imperfect information, driving to concrete recommendations/actions
  • Highly accountable leader demonstrating strong bias for action
  • Prior experience with syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI) is preferred
  • Prior experience with panel data (Numerator) is preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $88,000 – $142,600
