Job Description

BLEND360 is an award-winning, new breed Data Science Solutions Company focused on powering exceptional results to our Fortune 500 clients. We are a fast-growing company-born at the intersection of advanced analytics, data, and technology.

We seek a Marketing Manager to contribute to our Fortune 50 Telecommunications Client’s loyalty activation team. This role will support the loyalty team by contributing their expertise with marketing best practices, high volume project management, relationship building, and implementation! Hands on experience with various traditional and online marketing channels and campaign execution processes is a plus.

You will:

  • Become an expert in the Client’s loyalty program and campaigns.
  • Become the main point-of-contact for internal loyalty partnerships and communications.
  • Work with internal and external loyalty stakeholders to establish timelines, gather assets, gain required approvals to launch campaigns.
  • Assist [client] with managing the master calendar of all upcoming loyalty initiatives.
  • Help manage front line communication at the [Client] HQ and division/regional levels to keep retail and call center reps informed of the latest loyalty benefits to communicate to customers.
  • Identify and create efficiencies in current campaign execution processes.

Qualifications

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 3-6 years of work experience (preferably in a large corporate setting).
  • Desire to join a high-profile, fast-paced, results-oriented, and dynamic team.
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail, handling multiple priorities, managing tight timelines, driving flawless execution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experienced with agency and vendor management including media, creative and digital agencies.
  • Experienced omni-channel marketer including digital, print, email, telemarketing.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills (experience with copywriting a plus)
  • Proficient MS Office Suite, (** Asana, Jira, Tableau, or advanced Excel skills a plus)

Additional Information

The starting base pay range for this role is $80k – $110k. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
