The B2B Payments and Lending team provides invoicing, working capital and payment acceptance solutions to Amazon Business customers, sellers and other business customers across Amazon. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to build and execute B2B channel marketing programs, that help us grow the Amazon B2B Payments & Lending (ABPL) business for enterprise customers. This marketer will work closely with Sr. Product Marketers to launch marketing campaigns, owning the channels and reporting metrics. If you have experience in payments or fintech product marketing, A/B testing, are analytical, data driven, and detail-oriented, this is a great role for you.
Key job responsibilities
* Work with Product Marketing Managers to define the channel strategy for campaigns
* Build marketing campaigns across channels including email, display, social, and paid media to support our payments and invoicing solutions
* Create targeted email automation programs to reach customers at every stage of the buyer journey and lifecycle
* Monitor, maintain and optimize channel performance, identifying opportunities for overall structural channel improvements.
* Dive deep, track and report performance and success metrics for campaign launch and overall channel health
* Manage the marketing calendar across teams, and drive campaigns and projects to completion
* Align and influence multiple teams and stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
– Experience building marketing campaign performance reports
– Experience with B2B Marketing to business customers
– Experience with email automation and decision tree logic
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
– Experience working in financial services, payments, fintech, or banking
– Foreign language fluency in French, German, or Italian
– HTML or CSS experience/skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $63,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
