The Traffic and Marketing Tech Creator Growth team’s goal is to make Amazon the Earth’s most desired destination for commerce influencers and associates (publishers, bloggers, and more) and their content. We are a new org focused on products and experiences that drive growth for Creators. We own the Creator products across Amazon to ensure a cohesive experience, experiment with, align compensation structure, and launch features that reinforce feelings of achievement for Creators in addition to monetary compensation. We seek to strengthen creators’ sense of community, fandom, credibility, and provide positive feedback loops.
This role will support the execution of in-person creator events and creator partnerships within Creator Growth’s Integrated Marketing team. You will work closely with the team’s events & partnerships lead, owning the execution of creator content and various aspects of event production including programming, creator communication and reporting. You will work cross-functionally with other marketing channels to ensure relevant content from events and partnerships receive additional placements and exposure. This role will also fully own new strategic programs to engage creators within the Amazon Influencer and Associates Programs.
You will take on team-level goals and will regularly contribute to docs and strategies, and report on metrics related to your focus areas.
This job is also open to individuals working from Seattle, WA and Miami, FL metropolitan areas.
Key job responsibilities
- Support the execution of events including creative production, guest list, product curations and reporting of the results post event.
- Support creator partnerships through tracking content calendars, reviewing submitted content, ensuring all deadlines are met, and distributing content to all necessary marketing channels and reporting results and metrics.
- Drive impact for retail and new launches through creator partnerships and look for opportunities to leverage Creators to support the business through your workstreams.
- Input into senior leader-level documents including quarterly business reviews, annual planning documents, and more.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Ability to write and fully own docs, presenting on results of business and future strategies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $87,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market.
