Marketing Manager, Digital Advertising, Amazon Digital Advertising (ADA)

Amazon’s Digital Advertising team is looking for a Marketing Manager to support marketing initiatives leveraging Amazon’s DSP. The Marketing Manager will develop and strengthen long-term relationships with internal business teams through activities including but not limited to: digital advertising management training, program onboarding and implementation, technical support and troubleshooting, consulting on campaign management best practices, media planning, and serving as an advocate for Amazon advertising needs. This requires working closely with various internal teams and stakeholders across the globe for successful campaign delivery and provide world class service to internal business teams. In addition, you will have the opportunity to define and shape our digital advertising program by influencing and making significant impact on the processes and tools in close collaboration with technology and product teams.

Our team is results oriented, and focused on developing and leveraging proprietary in-house technology to automate and scale marketing programs that drive new customers and maximize lifetime value of Amazon customers through measurable marketing programs. We play a key role in developing Amazon’s vision and driving execution for digital advertising across web, mobile app, STV, video and audio formats.

Key job responsibilities

Own the display advertising program relationship with Amazon internal businesses and provide consultative and technical program support.

Engage with internal business teams to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and help develop scalable display programs.

Provide onboarding support, education, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices to ensure success.

Analyze ongoing campaign results and make recommendations for improving campaign performance.

Help drive evolution of the platform through ongoing partner feedback loop and close collaboration with cross-functional teams ranging from Marketing, Product Management, Publisher Services, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance.

Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues; communicate, triage, and oversee open tickets to resolution.

Continuously build and improve processes and tools for the team to serve marketing partners in a more effective and scalable manner.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

At least two years of experience managing digital display or video advertising campaigns. Digital advertising campaign data analysis and live campaign optimization expertise. Strong Excel skills: including knowledge of Pivot tables and formula creation. Excellent written and verbal communication; interaction with department leadership will be frequent. Must be able to work autonomously while providing results and support for marketing partners.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Digital media planning experience. Experience with Demand Side Platforms (DSP), specifically Amazon’s DSP. Experience with programmatic advertising. Experience working with technology/development product teams. Basic SQL skills. Client relationship management experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $63,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
