FORM is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a wide range of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics and be able to develop and execute effective event marketing plans that drive engagement and generate new leads.
You’ll own marketing events for FORM – both in-person and digital – from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a wide range of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, industry meet-ups, and more. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics and be able to develop and execute effective event marketing plans that created engagement and generate new leads. You’ll drive innovation for our digital and in-person event strategy, finding new ways to improve event experiences, foster community, and drive ROI. You’ll work directly with the Director of Marketing, Creative Director, and Senior Director of Paid Media to plan, execute, and track the success of industry trade shows, customer conferences, digital thought leadership events, industry meet-ups, and more. You’ll partner with commercial teams to prepare the team for success before, during, and after events.
This is a remote position, but you must reside within the Denver area to manage our marketing events.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing events strategy that aligns with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
- Manage all aspects of trade shows, conferences, and customer events, including budgeting, logistics, digital content, vendor management, staffing, and reporting.
- Envision, plan, and execute an annual customer event that strengthens customer relationships, generates excitement about the future of the FORM products and brand, and supports overall customer retention and expansion with a focus on pipeline creation.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop event-specific lead generation strategies and ensure all events are driving qualified leads.
- Own communications with event stakeholders such as presenters and hosts, clients, outside speakers, and other event co-organizers.
- Develop event messaging and materials that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to target audiences.
- Create on-site and pre-planning documents including event specifications and run-of-show, goals, and reporting on event results with recommended actions and post-meeting reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, content, and design to ensure all events are aligned with the company’s overall branding and messaging.
- Develop content for registration sites, event websites, and various event materials.
- Analyze event performance metrics to continually improve the effectiveness and ROI of the company’s event marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B event marketing.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
- Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing.
- Work with the Account Management team to host customer events that help to improve retention and drive expansion both in-person and online for enterprise customers.
- Drive innovation with community-based activations in the industries that FORM serves to build trust with prospects and customers, and positions FORM as a key resource.
- Work with Content Team to develop ongoing webinars as a digital lead-generation tactic

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing, preferably in the software industry.
- Experience with copywriting and content creation in a B2B environment.
- Experience using B2B marketing software and CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, and other similar tools.
- Basic video production and editing skills are a bonus.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful event marketing plans that drive engagement and generate new leads.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Total Compensation
- The annual compensation for this role is between $65,000-$80,000/year, based on experience
