General Summary:
Qualcomm is looking for a creative and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for developing impactful campaigns. As the Integrated Campaign Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and execute creative brand and advertising campaigns. These campaigns will focus on our Qualcomm and Snapdragon brands, and you will oversee their execution to ensure alignment with the organization’s overall marketing goals.
The Integrated Campaign team plays a pivotal role in building our brands and achieving business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and optimizing campaigns that not only activate target audiences but also deliver reach and scale to strengthen brand presence. This role will leverage both internal and external partnerships, data-driven decision-making, and strategic alignment to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Create and lead comprehensive 360-integrated campaign plans that encompass various marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Provide strategic guidance on creative development, i.e., messaging alignment to creative brief objectives and visual alignment to the brand and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with media and advertising agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Work cross-functionally to obtain internal feedback, approvals and alignment.
- Responsible for tracking project budgets.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate’s degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years’ experience in brand marketing, campaign management and/or advertising in a fast-paced tech environment.
- PC/Compute category or other relevant technology experience highly desired.
- Excellent communication, project management, writing, editing and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and a results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating effectively with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Well versed in latest advertising and innovative media channels, social media landscape and digital trends.
- Knowledge of the technology industry.
- Ability to manage complex projects, programs and activations that have heavy dependencies requiring alignment of multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong self-starter with the ability to build a network within the organization and ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
- Ability to travel as necessary.

Pay range:
$125,000.00 – $187,000.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
