Responsibilities
- Develop lifecycle marketing strategies for new to inactive users, including onboarding, engagement, and re-engagement initiatives.
- Leverage data-driven insights and customer intelligence to develop scalable programs that positively impact customer adoption at key points in the customer journey
- Support Product teams in launching new features and products with an in-depth understanding of product realities and customer interpretation.
- Track lead and customer analytics to determine points of drop off and opportunities to upsell products and programs.
- Outbound campaign development and associated Marketing team collaboration across customer segments.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to develop customer journey maps and other key inputs to inform the basis of all marketing programs.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of customer base and identify segmentation opportunities
- Create and enhance automations, templates, and processes in Pardot.
- Work with other CRM admins to ensure seamless data transfer between systems.
- Act as a brand advocate and reinforce all style and voice guidelines across the website, sales collateral, emails, and beyond.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing retention/lifecycle marketing for a B2B software company
- Deep knowledge of and hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot, Salesforce)
- Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
- Proficient in HTML/CSS
- Proficient in image editing and graphic design using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of marketing automation systems, data integrations, nurture flows, triggered campaigns, personalization, and dynamic content
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build consensus, instill belief, and rally people in a cross-functional setting, as well as at all levels of an organization
- Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously, delivering at the highest quality and with the greatest attention to detail, and meeting all deadlines
- Flexible and able to adapt to change quickly and comfortably
- Able to streamline complex systems into clear processes and collate data into easily accessible views
Compensation
The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package – you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications.
$90,000 – $114,000 base pay
