You will make an impact in 3 highly critical areas:
Sales & Marketing Content
- Producing high-quality, engaging, and relevant content in various formats, such as social and blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and more.
- Working closely with cross-functional partners, including design, partners, product, legal and comms to ensure content is aligned with campaigns, launches, and overall messaging.
- Positioning the company and key team members as thought leaders within the industry by creating insightful and valuable content on relevant industry trends and topics.
Partner Marketing
- Collaborating on partner marketing strategies to tap into market opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and partners, to ensure alignment and synergy in marketing operations.
- Launching initiatives that generate new leads and nurturing them down the funnel
- Developing partner collateral such as solution sheets, training and enablement decks, digital assets for events, etc.
Marketing Operations & Insights
- Managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) to execute campaigns, track lead interactions, and analyze data.
- Collaborating to execute campaigns (e.g. social campaigns, paid campaigns, etc.), from initial setup to scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Implementing lead scoring models to identify and prioritize leads for sales teams, and establish processes for lead routing and follow-up.
- Developing and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI, providing actionable insights.
- Partnering with the digital team to submit requests and manage project delivery and content publication reviews.
- Coordinating with the creative teams to make our brand shine
- Keeping the communication lines open across the team, sharing plans, updates, and victories
Preferred qualifications and experiences
- 5+ years in the marketing spotlight
- Salesforce experience or other CRM solutions
- HubSpot experience or other martech solutions
- Track record of developing and managing marketing growth strategies (in a B2B setting preferred)
- Strong track record of written and published content
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills
- Strong project management, negotiation and organization skills
- Willing to travel for events and team meetings, as needed

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
