Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Central Mid-Atlantic Region (Delaware, Maryland, lower New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and the District of Columbia)
Compensation Range: $20-25 per hour (1099 or W2)
Type: PT, 20 – 30 hours a week (any shift)

Position Overview
Responsible for handling various responsibilities and tasks in the sales and marketing department.
Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following

- Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications and success stories.
- Manage social media sites by posting regular updates.
- Keep current on industry trends and new marketing methods to improve brand awareness.
- Ensure marketing materials and event displays are up to date and adhere to corporate messaging standards.
- Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channel of information and communication.
- Design, develop print marketing literature and sales tools
- Update and organize clinical order forms and website
- Launch marketing campaigns via email, fax, in an effort to generate new business leads
- Manage and update sales team (CRM) contract relationship management system to support sales efforts
- Develop and implement sales & marketing educational campaigns

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in graphic design, business or a related field; or 2-3 years of graphic design experience
- Social media experience to drive marketing campaigns and business development initiatives
- Works effectively in a cross functional team environment
- Administrative experience in healthcare a plus
- Experience in managing multiple projects / tasks on a regular basis
- Computer Skills – To perform this job successfully, you should be highly skilled in MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, and MS Publisher
