We are looking for an outstanding Marketing Manager to shape the future of our Product Replenishment coupons marketing programs – Subscribe & Save and Reorder & Save. These programs are dynamically changing the way customers shop for consumables at Amazon.com. This Marketing Manager will use a combination of exceptional analytical skills, business judgment, and strategic thinking to create and execute the coupons test-and-learn marketing strategy for both Subscribe & Save and Reorder & Save. This role is global in scope and will engage with senior business leaders and partners across all Amazon locales.

We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills, analytical deep dive skills, and the ability to operate independently and autonomously.
Key job responsibilities
Core responsibilities for this role include:
1. Own and execute the coupons experiment roadmap, which comes with both significant business investment and impact.
2. Dive deep to analyze campaign performance and provide learnings that further inform our tests/strategy.
3. Leverage your strong communication skills to provide updates and earn trust of key stakeholders and leaders.
4. Manage campaign budgets, make adjustments to meet the budget and performance expectations.
5. Drive peak event promotion campaigns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
– Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
– Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience managing budgets
– Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Basic SQL experience and interest in developing SQL skills
– Experience owning and executing coupon or promotional incentive campaigns and strategies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $64,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
