Marketing Team Leader

Location: This position could primarily be remote, but proximity to an Elevance Health major office (pulse point) is a plus.

The Marketing team Leader is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities of one or more of the following disciplines for the Enterprise-wide Brand team: trafficking/account management, creative/design, editorial and/or web content staff in order to facilitate the delivery of the high quality, market-validated creative solutions that promote the company’s products and services for specific consumer and stakeholder internal and external audiences across the enterprise.

How you will make an impact:

Primary duties with advanced complexity and broad/enterprise scale may include, but are not limited to:

  • Supports the development and production of targeted market, regional and/or enterprise strategic objectives.
  • Assists staff in developing multi-channel creative executions to ensure that print/digital creative materials and programs are appropriate and effective in achieving campaign/market objectives and executed within agreed to budget(s).
  • Works to ensure deployment of best practices and creative templates.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of common systems and processes.
  • Provides strategic/operational advice and counsel to management and direction, leadership, and training to the team regarding style guide, brand voice and visual guidelines, use of templates, philosophy, policies, and culture, etc.
  • Promotes the integration of the brand visual and voice guidelines in all creative work.
  • Serves as the lead coordinator of all of the enterprise Creative Councils responsible for ensuring all brand standards and advertising/creative work standards are being met.
  • Supports Staff VP in overall Brand team project coordination and team initiatives as well as preparation for Marketing leadership meetings.
  • Identifies improvement/efficiencies that support operational excellence, and supports business initiatives (plain language, standardization, going paperless, etc.).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Advertising/marketing agency experience and/or health care knowledge preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $ 85,360 to $128,040.
