Marketing Technology Manager (CDP)

Job Description

In this role, you will be focusing on managing and optimizing our customer data platform environment. You will play a crucial part in supporting audience segmentation, data collection, and integration across various systems. The position requires both technical acumen and marketing experience, especially in the domain of customer data platforms.

What you will be doing:

  • Operating the customer data platform and creating audience segments
  • Collecting data signals and defining audiences
  • Sending defined audiences to destinations
  • Pulling customer-facing data into the customer data platform
  • Collaborating with IT and media teams to ensure proper integration of data
  • Working with the solution architect to design and implement solutions
  • Building and defining requirements for Adobe Analytics and Journey Orchestrator (or Customer Analytics)
  • Liaising with the systems integrator on the project, to ensure proper integration

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer data platform environments
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong technical expertise in proof-of-concept build-outs
  • Strong business focus and experience defining audiences

Nice to have Skills:

  • Experience working with Adobe Analytics and Journey Orchestrator (or Customer Analytics)

Tools:

  • Adobe Analytics
  • Journey Orchestrator (or Customer Analytics)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

ETC:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Additional Information

The starting hourly rate for this role is $60 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
