The Role:
The Trade Associate is primarily responsible for driving sales through Minted’s Trade Programs for wedding planners, venues, fundraising, and photographers and plays a critical ‘front-line’ role in managing our relationships and the administrative needs of our program members to deliver a best-in-class customer service experience. The successful candidate will be efficient and solutions-oriented, and have excellent relationship management skills.

You Will:
- Execute trade marketing campaigns in support of member activation and engagement goals including but not limited to sending promo codes and sample kits, deploying emails, assisting with reporting and recaps, writing creative briefs, and problem solving issues as they arise
- Act as the main point of contact for the Customer Service team supporting Trade. Answer questions, provide additional training and information as needed, and meet regularly with CS team leads to give feedback and ensure the team is operating efficiently and accurately
- Act as an ambassador for the Minted brand, providing best-in-class support to our trade communities. This includes addressing their questions in a timely and courteous manner and proactively resolving issues
- Onboard new program members – ensure efficient and accurate account sign-up and send welcome materials
- For escalated issues or those cases not handled by CS, resolve issues with orders and address general inquiries and requests from program members
- Help with the planning, organization, and execution of trade shows and events and attend events as needed
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring superior quality that represents Minted’s premium brand and commitment to an outstanding customer experience
- Raise key observations of your interactions with the communities to your team to help inform program improvements

- Knowledgeable and interest in the wedding, fundraising, or photographer industry is a plus
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 1-2 years of experience in consumer marketing.
- Experience working with wedding planners, photographers, non-profits is a plus.
- Proven track record in meeting goals for high growth marketing programs
- Microsoft Office, Mac or PC proficiency
- Remote or SF
Compensation:
The compensation range for the role applies to both employment offers and Minted employees actively working in the role. Generally, our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for continued salary growth during your employment at Minted. The upper half of the range accommodates this growth and supports our intention to create an environment that encourages lasting relationships between Minted and our employees.
Geo Base Salary Range 0 – Includes SF Bay Area – $62,922 – $94,384
Geo Base Salary Range 1 – All non-SF CA, DC, NY – $57,889 – $86,833
Geo Base Salary Range 2 – Includes CO, IL, MA, MD, NJ, OR, RI, TX, VT, VA, WA – $53,484 – $80,226
Geo Base Salary Range 3 – Includes AL, AK, AZ, AR, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, NH, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, WI, WV, WY – $49,079 – $73,619
