Overview
This position is primarily responsible to ensure the integrity, consistency and accuracy of master data in various business systems across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and execute incoming master data requests in multi-system environment
- Communicate and liaise with business units and departments to thoroughly understand business requirements and impact of master data additions and changes
- Work cross-functionally with various departments in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to master data
- Identify and correct anomalies in master data via the use of audit reports
- Prioritize, execute, follow up, and track data collection and validation
- Understand the impacts of master data on business performance
- Update workflow documents
- Assist Master Data Analyst with special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Business Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum one (1) year of business experience
- Experience with Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools
- Experience maintaining confidential data
Skills
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize workload
- Strong interpersonal communication and relational skills
- Self-directed and organized; strong project management skills, detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organization skills
Physical Requirments
Frequently required to: sit for prolonged periods of time, reach for/manipulate standard office equipment, communicate with various staff and/or reach for and manipulate objects
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 with additonal earning potential. The Company offers insurance coverage that includes medical, dental, vision as well as 401(k) with employer match.
