How you will contribute:
As an HVAC Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for procuring and managing HVAC projects from $25,000 to $5,000,000. Projects will range from new constructions, remodels and equipment upgrades. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with general contractors and end users in and around the Madison, WI area.
What you need to qualify:
You are expected to have experience in HVAC design, estimation, project management, and customer service skills along with a 5+ year record of results. The ideal candidate would also have prior construction experience in commercial design-build and plan/specification projects. We provide exceptional support for our PMs but expect them to be the driver of work acquisition and execution – you must be self-motivated and capable of creating the outcomes you want to achieve.
