Shift Requirements
6pm-6am 3-4 days/week About The Opportunity
Position Summary
This position will consist of keeping unitizer and shipping lines clear of production output and properly loading trucks with the customer’s finished product. Also this person will need to unload trailers with customer product, labels, dies, plates, etc. The Truck Loader/Spotter will also move trailers to and from docks and spot trailers in the yard. The Truck Loader/Spotter must work the necessary overtime as required.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Keep unitizer and shipping lines clear of production output
- Operate dock locks and plates
- Load trailers with the correct counts of units
- Unload trailers with customer products, labels, dies, plates, etc.
- Remove loaded trailers from dock
- Obtain and maintain CDL license
- Quality is the responsibility of all employees
Education / Certifications
Education Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Education Desired
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Other Certifications Required Or Desired
Current CDL preferred or willing to obtain in first 3-6 months
Skills & Experience
Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired
- Knowledge of WIP procedure
- Read a tape measure/ruler
- Good mathematical skills
- Good communication skills

Physical Requirements
- Climb on and off forklift
- Climb in and out of semi
- Crank dollies on the trailers periodically
Additional Requirements
- CDL is required
- Previous experience is preferred
- 1 opening – night shift (3-2-2-3 rotating days, 6p-6a)
- Pay: Starts at $26.95/hr + $0.50/hr for night shift.
- Earn up to $28.96/hr
