Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Fulfillment First Line Leader (Level K) to join our Everett Supply Chain Fulfillment Team in Everett, Washington on third shift.
These positions will provide oversight for individual contributors for Everett Site Fulfillment. We are looking for leaders that are self-starters and are systems thinkers with strong production system knowledge and ability to develop collaborative relationships. The successful candidates will be experienced with the Boeing Production System. The ideal candidate must be willing to work third shift.
The successful candidate is someone who can join and lead teams, understand the strategic aspect of the organization and associated initiatives, work in a complex organization, and can demonstrate their knowledge of the company and multiple functional subject areas to meet supply chain management goals and our internal and external customers’ expectations. Candidates must be able to translate strategic goals into tactical actions that are understandable to the team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manages and integrates employees’ activities across more than one area in Everett SC Fulfillment
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
- Manages, develops, and motivates employees
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 3+ years of experience working in a production environment
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in root cause analysis and problem solving
- 3+ years of experience with one or more of the following within Manufacturing Operations function (Shop Floor Manufacturing Operations, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management)
- 3+ years of experience managing or leading people or teams, preferably leading both salary and hourly personnel
- Must be willing to work third shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience in aerospace/operations manufacturing management
- 1+ years of experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement
- 1+ years of experience working with Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system such as a Material
- Resources Planning (MRP) system or System Application and Product (SAP) system
- Bachelor’s degree or higher

Summary pay range: $107,950 – $146,050
