MDU/MTU Field Quality Coordinator

We are currently hiring an MDU/MTU Field Quality Coordinator!

As an MDU/MTU Field Quality Coordinator, you ensure standards are met on complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You review projects in real-time through the entire project life cycle. This includes daily field inspections as work is ongoing to ensure that our client’s standards are met and that the project deliverables are met, including redlines, fiber testing, photos, etc. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in ambiguity are critical to success in this role.

On an average day, you will be responsible for the following tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our client’s standards are being upheld on projects in the Austin area
  • Communicate project progress to our client’s Operations team in Central Texas
  • Monitor project schedules
  • Identify, assess, report, and manage project risk factors
  • Document and track all change orders and change authorizations
  • Attend meetings as needed and provide expert feedback
  • Perform quality control inspections daily

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Three years of experience with HVAC and Generator Maintenance.
  • Experience working in a repair & maintenance environment

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the construction, quality, installation, repair, and maintenance of an FTTH network.
