As a Media Coordinator, you will work on a variety of tasks ranging from print collateral to digital graphics to visually support The Justice Reform and For Liberty and Justice.

Vanessa Hector and Chuck Reyes
Responsibilities:
• Design and illustrate a wide range of projects including social media, podcasts, videos, print media, promotions, apparel, and special projects.
• Attention to detail when creating clear and compelling pieces through print and digital mediums.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Depending on the events season… adjusting your focus. Ex. 90%-10% during Justice Run etc.
- Stewarding your schedule accordingly.
- Build and collaborate with our creative team to develop design solutions from concept to completion.
- Identify and disciple Project Manager and creative team members to bring projects to life.
- Must build a team.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- This includes and not limited to your role in For Liberty and Justice.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 3+ years of graphic design experience in any environment
• Portfolio showing design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
• An understanding of design principles, specifically with typography and
composition
• Willingness to work in a high-volume production environment with tight deadlines and fast turnarounds
• Able to receive and apply feedback in the pursuit of excellence
• Strong, proactive work ethic
• Personable with great communication skills
• Collaborative, flexible, goal-driven personality
• Bonus: Expertise in photography, web design, or video
Leadership Standards:
The Justice Reform Staff must be in agreement with and abiding by our Cultural Elements and Leadership Standards of Mercy Culture Church and The Justice Reform.
Hours:
This position is full-time 40 hours per week. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM.
Salary: $40,000
