The Summer 2023 Internship program at Vevo is a paid opportunity designed for qualified students to gain hands-on experience while learning about the media and entertainment industry.
We are seeking an intern to join our Media & Distribution Marketing team to help reinforce Vevo as a global music television network and enable optimal growth and monetization. This role will support the two divisions of Marketing at Vevo: (1) Marketing Solutions which is focused on RFP response, strategic sales solutions, agency support, ad product development and execution, Vevo premieres and program packaging. (2) Sales & Trade Marketing which is focused on sales go-to-market narratives, external brand messaging, client engagement
experiences and events, client premiums, and industry events and conferences. The Media & Distribution Marketing team is a critical element in the company’s revenue and positioning within the ever-evolving CTV marketplace.
As an intern within the Media & Distribution Marketing team at Vevo, you’ll be working alongside a fast paced team that will challenge you to think about issues such as how best to monetize our content, how to grow and maintain client partnerships, and how to position Vevo within the B2B marketplace. We have a phenomenal team made up of fun and accomplished individuals with diverse backgrounds, and we’re excited to potentially have you join us!
This is a part-time Hybrid position for Summer 2023.
As a member of our team, you will:
- Complete various projects focused on creative marketing, organization, branding and awareness, proofreading and brainstorming.
- Influence internal newsletter process, collection, and design
- Organize artist imagery
- Ideate client engagement and event organization
- Ideate client premiums

- Proficient in PowerPoint and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
- Strong interest of the Television and Digital Video advertising industry, and the evolving CTV landscape
- Excellent communication skills, both written and through visual presentations

Requirements:
- Rising Senior currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Desire to pursue a career in the media industry
- 20 hours per week June 6th-August 3rd 2023

The pay range for this position is $15 per hour. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Transparency Law.
This is a part-time position based on-site/in the office. Vevo will operate in a hybrid work model and will require interns to be in office 3 days a week.
