Role: Medical Call Center Specialist

Location: Louisville, CO 80027

Pay Rate Range: $18-20/hour

Hours: M-F 8 am-4:30 pm, 8:30 am-5 pm, 9 am-5:30 pm schedule (no weekends!)

We are hiring Medical Customer Service Professionals for a full-time Medical Call Center Specialist role with a quickly growing medical practice.

A Day in the Life:

Answer incoming calls to the medical practice

Transfer calls to the appropriate person or department

Take messages for medical office staff when needed

Process incoming faxes

Upload patient information into the system

Requirements:

  • Medical Experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in written form
  • High School Diploma or GED
