Together, we are seeking a Sr. Event Producer to support our Meta client and bring their activations to life – from concept to execution. In this role, you will oversee the white-glove delivery of world-class events showcasing and promoting our client’s industry-leading AR/VR product to target audience groups.
This is a full-time, benefit-eligible opportunity with up to 50% travel required for events, client meetings, and site visits. Travel will typically remain on the West Coast, and less air travel is required for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area. While this role works a typical M-F office schedule, flexibility on nights and weekends is required as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as the executive producer on Meta events from start to finish based on pre-determined client objectives and KPIs
- Make decisions at the agency on behalf of the client’s best interests and manage each event in accordance with those decisions as it relates to strategy, planning and execution
- Handle multiple Meta programs simultaneously, working with multiple project teams to move projects from initiation to completion effectively and efficiently, ensuring that all components are delivered on time and on budget
- Overseeing the day-to-day project management, such as:
- Delivering timelines and production schedules, ensuring that all milestones remain on track
- Sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with vendors and suppliers
- Working with staffing team to ensure individuals are trained and armed with the necessary event details for white-glove attendee experience
- Overseeing full production build including fabrication, A/V, and creative assets
- Coordinating all onsite event logistics ensuring smooth and flawless execution
- Compiling post event report with feedback, recommendations, analytics and targeted competitive insights
- Provide oversight of programs once live, attending events in-person and straddling client relations and production
- Serves as a liaison among clients and agency/vendors partners by maintaining regular contact and ensuring that communications flow effectively
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 7-10+ years’ experience in experiential, live, and virtual event production
- Experience in client-facing role
- Experience in project management, budget management
- Experience in strategy and content management a plus but not required
Skills and Attributes:
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Commitment to relationship management; ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations both internally (project-based) and externally (client based)
- Be an excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at fostering productive collaborations with clients, vendors, and internal team members
- Demonstrate a keen attention to detail, coupled with exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, maintaining professionalism while handling high-pressure scenarios
- High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn and succeed
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm, commitment to excellence, self-motivation, and a professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings and occasional weekends due to the nature of our events
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
