Expected Hiring Payrate: $120,000-$125,184.58/year
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Training Design & Evaluation Management (50%), Training Instruction & Coordination (40%), Supervision (10%)
Job Specifications
Minimum Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- Experience:
- 1 years of management experience
- 1 years of coaching and facilitating experience
- 1 year learning management system administrator or super-user experience
- Professional/Technical Certifications:
- Experience and knowledge in eLearning and graphic design tools, eLearning authoring tools, SharePoint, and Learning Management Systems, Workday LMS and Articulate or similar tool
- Bilingual Required: n/a
- Travel: This position requires 10% of travel. Travel will involve attending meetings, trainings, CCRC sponsored events, and conferences locally a few times a month. May use CCRC company vehicles, when available or personal vehicle and will be subject to Driver Management Policy requirements (i.e., valid California Driver’s License, automobile insurance and a clean driving record required).
- Work Schedule: This position is full-time (40 hours per week) but may require working evenings or weekends on occasion.
- Work Environment: This position works on a hybrid schedule from CCRC’s Headquarters office and will require coming into the office one a week (or more as needed).
- Background & Health Clearance Requirements:
- COVID-19 Vaccination: Agency policy requires that all CCRC employees are fully vaccinated or have an approved medical or religious exemption.
Preferred
All minimum requirements above met, plus:
- Education: Master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- Experience:
- 8+ years’ experience in training and instructional design
- 5+ years leadership development training experience including:
- Experience with competency modeling;
- Situational Leadership knowledge and applied experience
