You Are:
UST is looking for talented and creative IT Consulting. Proven experience with client-facing professional services delivery from presentations, documentation, workshops, and interviews to full-scale enterprise-wide technology services delivery.
The Opportunity:
- Assess and inventory existing content repositories within SharePoint Online
- Configure, deploy and use the native Microsoft assessment tools such as SharePoint Migration Assessment Tool or its successors
- Plan a migration strategy to migrate SharePoint Online content from one tenant to another or Migrate content to SPO using native Microsoft approaches such as the SharePoint Migration Tool or its successors
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
- Ability to articulate complex concepts, build consensus, and deliver high-quality work products
- Experience working on project teams within a defined methodology while adhering to margin, planning, and SOW requirements
- Desire and ability to travel domestically 50% or more
- 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft-related cloud services.
- Experience with PowerShell, CLI
- General knowledge of Microsoft technologies and solutions
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Management, Computer Science / Technical); Master’s degree from an accredited institution (Management, Computer Science / Technical) is a plus.
- Subject matter expertise in skills related to the plan, design, implementation, and administration of Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
- Experience with Azure technologies, including virtualization, networking, identity, storage, and resiliency.
- They should be able to manage end-user desktop environments, including delivering applications and configuring user settings.
- Ability to use the Azure portal, templates, scripting, and command-line tools to manage a Windows 365 Cloud PC Enterprise environment
- Know how to plan, configure, implement, and manage Windows 365 Cloud PCs
- Know about the differences between Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop the usage scenarios for each and factors that influence choosing one or the other
- Know the Windows 365 licensing models
- Know about Windows 365 pre-requisites and requirements
- Know how to integrate identity services with Windows 365 including Azure AD join, Hybrid Azure AD Join, and on-prem ADDS.
- Know the Windows 365 deployment options and the steps to deploy Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
- Know how to use Microsoft Intune to manage the Cloud PC lifecycle
- Know the different architectural models for Windows 365
- Know the networking options and considerations for Windows 365
- Know about provisioning policies and creating and managing provisioning policy
- Know about reporting for Windows 365
- Know about endpoint privilege management
- Know about identity integration with Windows 365 and Entra ID requirements for Windows 365
- Know about the login and end-user experience features of Windows 365 across the supported clients (Windows 365 app, web client, etc.).
- Subject matter expertise in skills related to the planning, design, and execution of migrations for Microsoft 365 cross-tenant scenarios including identity and all Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Know about licensing impacts and prerequisites for the use of native Microsoft 365 cross-tenant data migration capabilities.
- Know and understand the limitations of cross-tenant migration for Microsoft 365 including content, objects, policies, and apps that cannot be migrated.
- Subject matter expertise in planning design and execution of the co-existence of multiple Microsoft 365 tenants during the migration phase
- Subject matter expertise with different migration approaches including single event migration flows, phased migrations, and tenant move or split flow approaches to migration.
- Subject matter expertise in tenant-to-tenant migration with or without rebranding (domain change) or entire cloud tenant moves.
- Subject matter expertise in pre-cutover activities, bridge state, cutover events, and post-cutover activities for cross-tenant migrations.
- Subject matter expertise in Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Azure Active Directory Connect including:
- Ability to plan and execute migrations of Entra ID objects and plan co-existence approach
- Ability to plan design and execute migrations of hybrid identity (Entra ID with corresponding Active Directory synch objects) and co-existence approach
- Subject matter expertise in Exchange hybrid configuration and using phased migration. Familiarity with Exchange Hybrid Configuration Wizard functionality.
- Ability to plan and execute an SPO content migration
- Subject matter expertise in skills related to the assessment, planning, and implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot, components of Copilot, and supporting technologies.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for Role
Remote: $63,000-$95,000
Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options.
